If you have been hurt, been traumatized, felt alone, and wondered why your life isn’t turning out the way that you had hoped. You have have come to the right place. Not because I have the answers. But like you life hasn’t always gone the way I expected. However, because someone there for me to offer hope and support when I needed it many years ago, I want to offer hope and support as you face the the challenges in your life that seem to block your way.
Just reaching out to the website here is the first step finding your life and that is were hope and life grows. I teach people how to have CORE strength in their life, a simple acronym for how to move toward satisfying and meaningful outcomes in life.
For over 15 years I have been offering hope to others, having graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a Masters Degree in Clinical and Pastoral Counseling. I diagnose and treat men and women with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, personality disorders, attachment disorders and childhood trauma. My speciality is women in disappointing, difficult, or destructive marriages, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional families, and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
The path is difficult but things do get better if you do your inner work to become free from the origins that formed your beliefs about the world, others and self when you were young and vulnerable. You childhood was in the past but unless you address and work through your past, it will remain present in how you live and you won’t realize it. Your early foundation impacts your ability to regulate or control your emotions, which then drives us into dysfunctional behaviors of all kinds, (avoidance being the most common). All of these create the present condition of your life situation. There is hope, however, for a better life, a life more abundant even in the midst of the troubles of this life. I have seen it in others and experienced it first hand. Let work together.
