My name is Melinda Holley. I have had the opportunity to support individuals and families who are affected by mental health, addiction, and trauma for the past 15yrs. The client’s I've been blessed to support range from early childhood, to adolescents and adults. I have been the lead therapist in multiple dual diagnosis intensive outpatient programs, have had the privilege to serve as the Fairfield county juvenile drug court counselor and I currently take part in many family and mental health court programs. I follow a person-centered strength-based approach while incorporating a variety of other theoretical orientations. I am also a trained therapist in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). 

I believe the journey to healing and self-discovery takes tremendous strength and bravery. I look forward to supporting and walking beside you on that journey.
