Life is a journey, and no one should travel it alone. Our journey brings many joys and trials. As humans we are created for relationships and community, yet many of us find ourselves, at times, feeling alone or misunderstood. It is during these moments that we feel hopeless, isolated, and that no one could possibly understand what we are going through or feeling. Please know that you are not alone and there is HOPE for you! People bring us to hurt and people bring us to healing. It is my life passion to bring others to HOPE, lifelong healing while providing an environment and a therapeutic relationship of acceptance and understanding. I consider it a privilege to walk beside my clients as we journey through the path of healing, growth, and renewal. I know personally how it feels to be vulnerable, raw, honest, and to share deeply personal feelings and issues with another human soul. I consider my therapeutic relationship with my clients to be sacred, one that I protect and cherish. I promise to provide you a safe place to share, compassion, trust, connection, and personal attention that allows for deep change and healing.

My counseling style is that of the holistic approach, addressing the whole person, body, mind and spirit. I will prepare your sessions and treatment plans in alignment with your personal needs and goals in mind. I believe that every single one of us is a unique and special soul, and I will accept and celebrate you as an individual.

I am a recent graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary, where I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a member of Chi Sigma Iota, (ACA) American Counseling Association, (AMCD) Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development, and (SAIGE) Society for Gender Expansive Identities. I am a Certified Facilitator for Prepare/Enrich (equipping marriage, couples, families with evidence-based skills and insight to foster healing relationships). I bring a variety of life experiences and have made it through a few crisis/traumatic experiences of my own. Receiving therapy along my journey has helped develop and shape me into the person I am today. It has also allowed me to find hope when all felt hopeless and gave me a desire to pass that hope along to others.
