What is therapy and how does it help? Therapy starts with finding a safe place; a place that allows space to explore your feelings, thoughts, challenges, and your story. I will journey along side you as you work towards your chosen therapy goals. I will help and direct in a variety of ways using a client centered approach and meeting you where you are. I know you can do this and cannot wait to share your healing journey.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem work, ADHD, women’s issues, parenting, couples/marital therapy, and trauma. I am also trained in Gottman Marriage Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
